BMS stands for Building Management Systems is used to manage buildings in terms of integration of other systems, monitoring, control and optimization of the operation of installations and technical devices in buildings.

BMS functionalities:

• space heating control,
• control ventilation, air conditioning, filtration,
• alarm and monitoring systems (CCTV),
• UPS power control systems,
• smoke extraction control system, control and monitoring of fire dampers.
