What regulations govern personal data?
First of all, it is an EU regulation: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), as well as the Personal Data Protection Act of 10/05/2018.

For what purpose will my data be processed? Personal data are processed for the purposes of:
• implementing business contacts and implementing commercial cooperation (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) of the Regulation),
• recruiting people for job positions in our company.
What data will be processed?
The data we will process are: first name(s), last name, e-mail address, telephone number.
Who will my personal data be made available to?
Personal data will be shared to the minimum extent necessary to provide the services.
Will the data be transferred outside the European Economic Area? Personal data obtained from a client of Visacom Sp. z o.o. will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
How long will my data be processed? The data will be stored/processed:
• if the data relate to a commercial contract concluded with Visacom, then for no less than the period necessary to perform the contract, perform accounting reporting obligations and the limitation of claims that may result from the contract (i.e., as a rule, up to 10 years from the execution of the contract),
• if they are collected for a purpose other than the execution of the contract, then until the consent to their processing for this purpose is withdrawn or the recruitment process is completed, unless the candidate consents to the processing of data for future recruitments.
What rights do I have in relation to my data? The rights that every person is entitled to are:
• the right to request access to their personal data (Article 15 of the Regulation), their rectification (Article 16 of the Regulation),
• the right to transfer data (Article 20 of the Regulation),
/>• the right to delete data (Article 17 of the Regulation) in the cases specified in the Regulation,
• the right to limit their processing (Article 18 of the Regulation),
• the right to object to the processing of your personal data (Article 21 of the Regulation). In the event of an objection submitted before or during the implementation of the contract, the submission will result in the impossibility of providing part of all services under the contract and may be treated as termination of the contract,
• the right to withdraw consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Regulation), in cases where the processing is based on the consent granted,

Where did you get my data? Your data was obtained directly from you during the performance of a commercial contract provided by our company.
How do you protect my data?
We provide appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data provided by the law firm's clients and processed in the law firm's IT systems. , in particular preventing third parties from accessing them or processing them in violation of the law, preventing data loss, damage or destruction.
